Whooohooo the first MP game that really chucked me online

Played solid for about 3 years

Can't wait, no more of this Consoley CoD action, though I'd guess it's going to be nerfed a bit, people won't like one shot rifle kills, and it WILL all be about host advantage on that

Have played & loved every COD since 2 but never played the 1st, cant wait to give it a go, will have to splashout on some microsoft points.

So how did you find it more intense/exciting than CoD 4? Call of Duty 1 is sedate compared to CoD 4.

1 & 2 are proper skill based shooters, the later ones are gimicky console type games, still good though but this will be immense

The multiplayer is a headless chicken retard fest, no skill at all required. The rifle only servers were a collective of morons trying to live in denial of the fact that CoD multiplayer was and always has been a retard fest. Single player was very good in 2003-2004 but thats it.
