Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Beta access - PC - 19th September

I was just wondering if anyone understood why on their website it says early access 19th to 20th and open beta 21-23 for PC?

Is the first part single player or something?

Also it sucks that PS4 gamers are getting access on 12th September but PC gamers have to wait until 19th! lol

Sony pays the exclusive rights to have content first on that console it sucks but money pays the ways. The BETA will be all online from what I know the early access is from pre-ordering the game and the open well is open.

Modern Warfare? Is it 2007 again? And they already released a remaster a few years ago.

Not that I am one for pre ordering, but it doesnt appear to be possible to get this on PC from anywhere other than activision themselves or am I missing something?
