Call recording apps not working

Hi Guys,
I some time record my call when dealing with suppliers or others, so I have a recording of what they have agreed. I stopped doing it when I switched phones last year but lately I cant get it to work calls are recording but only my side, which is useless, I dont know how long this has been a issue but only noticed.
I dont know if its just a issue for me but I cant seam to get any call recording app to work.

Has anyone else had this issues, Does anyone have any suggestions ?

You actually need to tell us what the model of the phone is? Would be a start.

Think in the UK the only way you'll get these working on a Samsung is if you root the phone.

I have a simiiar issue with my Nokia 2.2 and was told that it's to do with the version of Android (v9). v10 is not available for me.

Just checked and it looks like call recording isn't available in the UK/EU for Samsung devices.
