well ordered one this morning but something was bugging me before i clicked buy. i thought and thought but could not realize what it was so went ahead and bought it. i remember what it is now. please i need to know if there is any input lag on this LCD. i will be using this tv for pc and ps3 strictly. no tv no movies/bluray.

can anyone who runs their pc on this tv tell me if theres any mouse lag?

thanks in advance

I don't see why there would be any mouse lag, it has 8ms response time or under? It will be fine, my LCD has 8ms and there is no lag at all.

Not noticed any lag here, set to 1920*1080 @ 60hz in Nvidia control panel.
Using a 3 metre hdmi cable with DVI adapter.

big thankyou to all of you guys. thankyou.

jihad its just that i remember the new dell 24inch monitor having issues with input lag, that was 6ms, my current sammy 22b is 2ms with no lag so i was thinking 8ms may lag.

Two totally different issues. Input lag is an issue with the processing the LCD panels do to the signal and is the very reason for game mode. Response time is simply the grey to grey response of the LCD ONCE it gets that signal.

? That logic doesnt stand fast? Even if response time was related to input lag the 22b sammy cannot have 'no lag' if its quoted as 2ms. 8ms wouldn't be noticable anyway.

Ive seens values of the Samsung F86 in game mode having an input lag of 30ms. I run my Xbox on VGA now without game mode, I cant tell any difference with input lag as any is masked by internet lag anyway and game mode seems to make motion blurring worse on fast panning.
