Ok guys, what da hell is wrong with the world man? Are we appreciated as a father? I mean all over the world people tend to talk about how good Mum is but no one never mentioned anything about dads/fathers!
There are songs about mum - Dear mama, mama, Sweet mother etc.....the only song ever written about dad was "papa was a rolling stone"....I mean wtf. We go to work and do all those hours, so as to make ends meet and feed all those young monsters (meant that in a good way) and yet it would appear that mum are favourites.
The country we live in favours the mothers - Just ask fathers for justice
I think as a dad we deserve more recognition - forget fathers day, give us every day as mum gets.
And if any mum is reading this, you can argue all you want but remember that we are just as important as you mothers....so let us have our recognition - Let musicians write more touching music about dad..you know, all the non-sense we gotta go through to bring money home, feed the family, put a roof over their heads,oh lets not forget bringing them into this world initialy...
