Calorie concerns & fat loss stall - Help!

Calorie count, and don't eat like an idiot.

I IF mostly, but it's just because I don't get hungry until midday. It also helps keep my calories under control. Not because of any magical weight loss thing.

To lose muscle mass is very easy especially when you stop trainings. I also have lost a lot of muscles when I have had problems with knee and I couldn't do sport. When I became I realized that I have lost more than 10 kg. I were shocked. My friend recommend me to use SARM's. I heard on it before, but didn't know how does it cost and where to buy it for a good prive. I have found an article on thblack.com, and have returned my shapes after 4 months) Think that it is pretty nice resuts.
