Depends on your goals, but your loosing weight far too quickly. 1-2 pounds a week if you dont want to lose muscle as well...
Loosing weight too quickly is unhealthy and potentially dangerous....

Im 122kg was 126 not last friday but friday before.

Im off to the gym 3 times a week for cardio and some weights. I duno the machine names but its 10 min treadmill, 10 min on some bike thing high seat version, 2 sets of 10 for benches on 3 diff type of weights for ** arms so 6 in total from all 3 machines. 20 mins (2x 10min sessions) on a lower bike thing with pedels more forward than the other bike thing.

Started eating healthy and small portions so far ive just counted todays intake and its about 550 ish up to now (1:10pm) and did a 20 min brisk walk in the living room (yeah i know but its cold) so burned off 174cals with that walk according to nhs site i used to see how much it was.

The gym instructor said it was ok losing half a stone and this women i think is the manager i duno seemed fine. As i was worried if its too much or too less with just a week and a bit of work and diet change.

But as subject of the topic states im after a calorie book with lots of everyday food and drink in so i can kinda try to write down a breakfast, dinner, and tea daily plan so i know what to get from the shops and eat it when i should.

Not nescessarily fella :) In the early stages of calorific deficiency its not uncommon for people who are rather overweight to loose it very quickly indeed.

It can often take as long as 6-8 weeks before this rapid weightloss slows. You are however, right that for those not particularly overweight, or for those who're bodybuilding, such rapid weightloss is unhealthy.

As for a calorie book, it seems a pointless spend to me personally. You're better off getting a little book to keep count of your calories, and taking a look at the internet for any you don't know :)

Good luck with your weight loss goals, and congratulations on your progress.

Fair point... Just had a quick nose on google and its mostly water in the first few weeks.. But still good going.

DO keep a diary of what you weigh (always try and use the same scales/same time of day), exactly what you eat (and when) and start a spreadsheet to keep count of the calories. You will quickly spot all the bad eating habits once its written down.

And dont forget to eat breakfast!

Ah so quick weightloss for me early isnt so bad and will slow down after the waters gone. K good to know. I miss my noodles but at about 300 cals ish they have to go tho maybe 1 at a weekend or somit i duno. I do eat breakfast its either cheerios with soyamilk or some fruit on a small plate like 1 apple sliced, 1 banana, and 1 satsuma.

I have just started today of a kinda diary of what i eat and what cals im getting as best i can find out. Tell me if this looks like a good way to record it or not.

Any record of it is better than no record!

Do you have excel? I have a very good (well, I like it!) spreadsheet I use for this sort of thing and would be more than happy to email it over.

Or have a look at a program called Vida One, its not expensive and is very good for logging all this sort of info. It has a ton of foods already listed along with the respective calories/protein/fat etc and its dead easy to add more (as it is bound not to have what your eating in it).

Also, start weighing your food... I was quite surprised how much over the recommended bowl size the bowl of cereal I was having in the morning... Meant the calories were a lot higher than I thought.

I'd never suggest anyone go below 1,500kcal a day. Ever.

This is starvation and will lead to sluggishness and a propensity to fat hoard.

I'd recommend more food, and more excersise :)
