Camera Neck Strap

I currently use the default Canon EOS Neck Strap for my 400D and fine it hurts my neck. What Strap out there are rated highly that are comfortable to wear.

Op/Tech Pro Strap. End of discussion pretty much, I've yet to hear anyone say they preferred the Canon sandpaper strap to one.
