Camping essentials

Yes another camping thread from me.

Will be going twice this year and want to be comfortable when I go!

Any recommendations for kit? When I go down to Newquay it will be by train so will be limited to what I can carry.

Was looking at a camp bed but that might be a bit much.
Need a comfy sleeping bag, if not a camp bed, either a blow up bed or a good mat.
Decent cooking utensils, chair(s) to sit on and so forth.
A good back pack will also be vital I suppose.
 
That little gas stove looks great, was looking at one of them other day in a mag. £9 is a steal!

Thanks for that link the_shadow some of that stuff looks handy, the mattresses will make a good nights sleep!

I will look at one of those matresses, best night sleep possible is a must when camping.
Already see a wind up lantern so had that on my list, very practical little things and are quite bright.
The stove looks handy and quite cheap will be ideal for what I need it for.
Already have a tent so that is ok just good sleeping gear needed and I am set!

Why are all the sites for that sleeping bad/mattress combo in $ :/
