hey am looking for a new job and i have been going down the job centre a lot looking for IT related jobs because i enjoy computers

. i currently work in a tattoo parler dosent pay much just what i can make doing pircings. i have a cv but i dont think its the best in the world could someone give me a hand in looking at it maybe give me somepointers at all.

ooh another leeds based member! I dont have much advice relating to I.T related jobs, but if you need a better job with pay and dont mind call centres then try ventura in the city centre, around £7.50 an hour for just answering simple calls for o2, sisters been doing it for a few months now and keeps going on about how easy it is

I'd go for 'Vitae' for a start (otherwise).

If you haven't gotten the grades yet, mention what you are expected to get. Whenever I go through a pile of CVs, I always look for people who have sacrificed spare time. Done any IT projects that have taken place outside of education or work?

so you mean like helpped like a local shop out building and installing a pc system or like building mine at home ? plus am also doing a course on hardware couldnt afford to do another term at college so am doing it at learn direct so you mean like that ?

Throw whatever you can in. You need to show you are commited, eager to learn and good at what you do.

I'm not really in a position to say what you are or aren't good at, all I know is what I look for in a CV.
