Right,
My wife and I both have Iphone 5's bought direct from Apple.
Being a new customer Virgin sent me a sim, and I was able to order a replacement nano sim direct from them. Popped the nano sim in, downloaded the carrier settings and I was away. Calls/texts/internet/mms everything works fine.
Now my wife, already a customer got a nano sim, popped it in and only calls/texts work. No internet and no mms. As a temporary work around she is using the unlock it tool but that still doesn't give her mms.
Virgin support the iphone. Any idea why mine works perfectly yet hers is problematic?
Anyone had this and know how I solve it?
