I wasn't sure where to post this as is basis in soundcard related, yet the actual problem is graphic sort of related, so il post one here and one in soundcard section.
If you could take a min to look at my clip and see if you can shed some light on what may be causing this issue.
Im using latest drivers, and ive only noticed this happening recently. it only happens with this application too.
Its not really causing any problems, it just bugs me that i dont know what is causing it.
