Can anyone link me to the cheapest 1060 on OC with 0db fan mode?

As title really! I want to buy from OVerclockers and I'm having a hard time determining which is the cheapest card where the fans stop when idling.

I emailed Inno3D about their 1060 X1 (the £236 one) and they told me that it has that mode.

Dear Sir,

Firstly, thank you for your kind support of our product.

Yes, we have added fanstop in idle feature on the card.

It's a bit of a lottery as to whether single fan cards are quiet at load though, so it might be better to go with one with two fans like the Palit/Gainward Dual or Zotac amp.

Firstly many thanks. Not too fussed at load as long as it's silent watching philums!

So do the palit and gainward dual fans have idle stop?

0db mode is a gimmick, when a gpu is running at idle is running most cards fans are inaudible. My strix cards i never knew if the fans were on or off when on the desktop or watching a movie.

That depends on the card, my MSI GTX 660 sounds pretty horrible at idle. It isn't loud, but the bearings on the fan have a high-pitched whine that's always there.

There's a German review here of the two Dual 1060s. Both run passive at idle and are about as loud as the FE at load.

The two EVGA single fan 1060s have had a 0db fan mode added via BIOS update. See here for details. I'm not sure if the EVGA cards supplied by OCUK already have that BIOS applied or if you'd need to do it yourself.

Prior to buying the 480 4gb, I contemplated buying the £230 1060 (single fan, Zotac). Had similar misgivings about how loud the single fan would be at load.

It's a heck of a jump from the £230 Zotac to the dual fan, which is £260. At that point the price difference from the 480 at £200 is huge.
