Can anyone make a recommendation - sub £15 contract

My PAYG is coming out at 20-25 per month so i'm after moving to a contract.

Background and wants:-

I want to keep my old number is at all possible.

I'm on virgin and so is the other half but virgin signal at work is very very poor and i can only just recive texts.

the building i'm in is rigged with O2 repeaters so it's max signal for them all round. Other networks i don't know..

I text mostly but not huge amounts, average 3-4 a day. calls not so many.

So...

Any ideas for a £15 or less contract with a free phone?
