Can anyone on the BE network do a few traceroutes for me?

Not sure if they are having network issues at the moment, I have posted on their forum but just wanted to see if anyone here is being effected, usually get around 18.5mb down and 1.1mb up, however as of thursday/friday my latency has gone from avg 31ms to avg 56ms and download dropped to around 8mb.

I have done all internal checks replacing filters, cables, running quiet line test, there is nothing on the network that could be causing this, as I have a clean laptop, unplugged everyone else from the network and done some testing which yeilded no results, as far as I am concerned, my BT line looks healthy, its remaining up and stable, usually you would see random disconnections all over the place or low sync speeds if it was a line issue.

Must be area specific at the moment, some guy has just posted on BE forums with similar issues with similar results who is a couple of exchanges down from me in the next town.

Not sure if there is a routing issue somewhere.
 
Mine looks a bit worse than yours, I'm on o2 broadband but should be the same I think. I'm on llu but only get 2.5mb/900k.
I usually average ~53ms to any site at the best of times, but over the last day have noticed a drastic slowdown just in general browsing, I don't game so cant comment on ping too much. I use homeplugs which is why the first hop is so much.
I use opendns too so its not that
