I notice your system is a dell, it could be an option in the bios, make sure the HT link is set at x5 ( i think ) its ages since i had an amd system

Is that an ASRock mobo by any chance? Might have to manually change the settings from Auto to the highest possible, e.g. HT = 1000MHz, etcThe options in bios for the cpu are:
CPU frequency (from 200-300) currently set at 200
K8<->NB HT speed (currently Auto)
K8<->NB HT width (also auto)
