So I bought a overclocked bundle and its currently running at 3.2. I have recently added water cooling for both my cpu and my gfx.

Just hoping maybe you guys could tell me what to change to get it to maybe run alittle fast maybe push it alittle harder. I was told on another forum by some guy that I should be pushing it to 4ghz, would that not kill me cpu?

Thanks for all your help =)

Change the multi to 8 to see if the overclock is stable at 3.2. Or try reload the (OCuK??) profile.

Get coretemp up and intel burn test and give it some load and see what happens.

Don't trust the windows thing ever.

Also bit werid getting a pre overclocked bundle to push it further, messing with bios will void your warranty with ocuk.

reloaded my ocuk profile and then ran intelburntest with coretemp running

Open cpu-z when doing that test, Im feeling the new coretemp 0.99.6 might be having some bugs, 2 threads and its setting to x6 mmm.

Ok so i disabled C1E and EIST (which i think is everything i need to turn off speedstep)

but still getting the same values in cpu-z :/

Thanks for your help with this guys, got it running at 3.2 (what it was suspose to be clocked to) when upping to x8

question tho. when OC'ing is the only thing one changes then is the FSB and the multipiler?
