Can I cut a big sim to make it a Micro sim?

yes you can just use a template or get a proper microsim cutter

You can use and you can buy an adapter so it fits properly into the phone.

Pretty sure you can. A girl I'm seeing went abroad and had to get a PAYG sim, cut it up and stuck it in her iPhone.

O2 gave me a free one. Your provider might too.

Then it was a case of filling in the serial numbers online and my number swapped over pretty quick.

Plenty of guides online. I cut mine for my GS3 because I couldn't be bothered waiting for one to arrive. Still works.

Yes you can, don't even need a template just a pair of scissors.

There is a guide on youtube somewhere....but you got to be careful as you need to cut very close to the contacts. Better just to get your provider to send you a micro sim, O2 did it next day for me.

Cutters seriously... Just use a pair of scissors and be careful. No big deal I've done it loads of times for family members etc!

There's always a risk it won't work out, it can also depend on the age of the SIM you are cutting.

I walked into my local o2, got a micro sim, they sorted transferring number etc. 10 minutes later its all sorted. Took about an hour for my number to transfer

yes, and you can cut big sim to make nano, or just sit a nano on a big sim slot

just cut around a big sim/micro sim

just pop into one of the many phone shops and ask nicely, they'll all have a cutter hiding under the counter
