Can i expect any discount on a Chanel J12 watch?

Don't think I'd look past Breitling or Omega for that price.

Omega maybe the Seamaster Racing, from Breitling I like the Aeromarine Avenger Seawolf.

Simple - Rolex or Omega. (Well quite a few others actually, but stick with these two and you'll be fine.)
I agree with the others, the Chanel is not a good buy.

Why does a watch need to impress others to be a good purchase?
 
It dosn;t thats the point.

And £1900 of that watch is to have a chanel logo on your arm.

If you want a serious watch and not a Fashion statement you wouldnt consider that.

theres better things to spend student loans on.
 
You don't need to tell me, I've been against the OP's choice from the start!

However, I do like a nice watch.
 
Definitely avoid that watch. It'll depreciate like a stone and isn't particularly great looking imo.

Your best bet is to spend that money on a watch from an established watch manufacturer like Omega. That way you'll get something worth £2k, as opposed to a watch with a name on it.

Pretty thin on the ground at the moment but can't decide where to go next , would like a Daytona but they are hard to get and the case a bit small for me

Also fancy a Panerai 47,, Radiomir base ( would like a 203 but no chance of getting one of those )
