Can i fit in a WC loop?

Hey guys,

Just got my Thermaltake element G case. But i'm not sure if i would be able to squeeze in a watercooling loop in here?. Preferably mostly internal but there is 2 cut outs for tubes at the back if need be. (shown in pic 4) What do you guys think?.

Have a look at the new swiftech MCR drive rads, mount one of them on the back and the only thing inside your case you need it a cpu block!

, though when i get my new graphics card i may me tempted to WC that aswell, so would i need a reservoir if i was to do that?. And also about the rad you mentioned, i only have about 2 inches space between the back of my case and the wall.. so if i was able to fit it would it affect cooling with the restricted airflow around it?

The rad has an inbuilt resi so no need for one of them, and it coyuld easily handle a cpu+nb+gpu loop. However you will need a little more clearance that that, because you will be wanting to use one of these: MCB-120 Radbox

Looks like i have a bit of a problem then as if i move the PC forward anymore its probably going to fall off the desk

Would there be anywhere inside the case that may be big enough for a decent rad?
I'm not afraid to make a few holes and cut things where necessary

Don't know much about W/C stuff, but could you not top or side mount it on the case exterior?

The only area you could put a rad i see is a 120.1 in the back or cut out the hard drive rails and put a 120.0 in. IMHO I would look at getting a case better made for it if you want to do it propaly

Not keen on getting a new case as mine is only 2 days old

I'm not deadly serious about doing it yet, i just wanted to know if it can be done, for when some money comes my way

Also i had the idea aswell about putting the rad in-between the HDD cage and front of the case as theres quite a gap there, might take a bit of cutting first though.

HHD in the optical bay (bungee mod)
remove cage and mount a PA120.2 or PA160 behind the 200mm intake fan
lots of space for a pump and res.
If you don't need need all the HHD bay it shouldn't be that hard.
