Can I get a nipple out?

Sorry about the thread title, but it's accurate.

I have a rain shower which has one of its little plastic nipples pushed back into the head. I tried to grab it with some tweezers but it didn't work. There are screws on the back of the head - can I loosen them and try to reseat or will I ruin the whole shebang? How about something like a crochet needle?

Poke it in and hook it back out.

You might get away with a paperclip, or a toothpick depending on how inverted your nipple has become.

If above fails you could try a very small dot of super glue on something like a cocktail stick or paper clip, touch until set and then pull.

Ordered a new head, it's perforated a bit. Managed to drop a tool in the bath creating a little scratch so now have to repair that!

If its Acrylic, I can highly recommended Acryl Star. Works wonders.
