can i have some hgints tips and advice on a couple of things please

To be honest sheds in general are pretty flimsy metal or wood so it would be pointless.

I've got a shed alarm (look on amazon) and my bike has an alarmed disc lock, plus its steering lock. On a padlocked gate to get in to the garden in the first place.

Not shed is going to be 100% secure, if they really want it, they'll get it.

yeh i suppose your right, shame really, people steal things of others that work hard and save for these things.

at least it would be more difficult for them to get, so should make them move on and not bother.

but as a workshop/man shed, it wood deffo the better option? the shed i linked earlier?

Maybe, I personally prefer metal as it doesn't need treating etc.

You can still insulate and clad metal, but I've not felt the need - but then mines just for storage.

Personal preference I guess.

It's fairly noisy when using the doors, the handles are just a soft'ish plastic bolted through the door panel - I imagine you could get them off quite easily. I have a small padlock holding the doors together but I doubt it would stop someone who really wanted to get in, fortunately for me I live away from the road at the end of a footpath so I'm in a relatively safe area. That and the dogs that go crazy at anyone coming in the garden gives me a good warning to get up and scare any unwelcome guests anyway!

I can comfortably work either side of the bike in there the problem is there's very little room at the front and rear so if I prop the bike up on paddock stands to take the wheels out for example it gets quite cramped. But overall I'm happy with it, a significant upgrade to keeping it outside under a cover and gives me somewhere dry to work whilst its raining, means I don't waste sunny days working on it

Anything to slow them down. As above, if they really want it then they'll get it, but slow them down enough and make it a hard target and hopefully they won't bother.

Garaged/shed, disc lock, ground anchor, steering lock. Those 4 don't take long to lock and unlock and will give really good protection.

I've also taken to turning the kill switch on and fuel off so if they're a bit special they won't be able to start it and if they do they'll run out of fuel down the road :p
