Ok lets say i have a program in a folder and i want to make a .iso to publish on a site for others to download.

I'm not after something to burn an iso onto a disk :)

Ultra Iso is what you need
From Here

One of the most useful programs iv ever used.

Its not free mind but well worth its cost if you use it a lot.

Quoted again because it does what you ask?

http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm

And I quote from the above site, the first paragraph:

Welcome to the ISO Recorder download page. ISO Recorder is a tool (power toy) for Windows XP, 2003 and now Windows Vista, that allows (depending on the Windows version) to burn CD and DVD images (DVD support is only available on Windows Vista), copy disks, make images of the existing data CDs and DVDs and create ISO images from a content of a disk folder.

Pay specific attention to the bit in bold :)

I use "power ISO" for creating ISO files. Great application I like it better than "ISO Buster" as it contains few more features.

I just loaded PowerISO and created a ISO from a directory with files in it in about 5 seconds, without reading any instructions.

Easy.
