Can I overclock with my motherboard?

Have got an Asrock Z68 Pro3 and want to upgrade my CPU to i5, just checking to see if there is any point in me getting the 2500k as appossed to just the 2500 as I'm not sure my board supports overclocking these at all

Yes you can overclock with that board so yes get a 2500k and overclock that sucker

Not just yet, I am going to buy one though. I have been looking at the Akasa Venom, any thoughts?

Yes that a good cpu cooler for the price

personally i prefer the liquid coolers like the corsair range.
