If that's your idle temp, I would say definitely not. Also, your cpu voltage is surely near the top of your safety bracket? On the 1100TBE (my chip) it's 1.475v, and that's on a hex-core chip!

Also, remember the warnings about reduced component life, particularly if you run it at this clock 24/7.

i think it is at load because in the top corner it says CPU 100%

the max temp for a 980 is 63.C
and i have seen some at 1.6v

so its upto you, but myself personally, i would be happy with 4.4ghz, for 24/7 use.
