Im new to this overclocking just wondering dose this look stable to anyone or am i going to course a fire or even inprove it more .All advice is welcome .cheers

That looks like stock clocks to me. B85 chipsets will only let you adjust BCLK sometimes, but no proper core multiplier overclocking.

But yes the 4770k should be cable of 4.2 easy, 4.4-4.5 is very doable and many have gone higher! You just might need to buy a Z series motherboard (Z87/Z97)

Not much of overclocking with that mobo, because of Intel wanting to charge luxury from that chance.
Also CPU VRM might be flimsy and made for stock CPUs.

On cooling side that cooler is quite modest sized and case might need some additional cooling.
In gaming that graphics card dumps its heat inside the case and at stock that case has only two low speed fans.
Arctic P12 would be bang for the buck fan.
