Can i raid instantly?

Intel dx58so
36gb raptor (windows installed)
36gb raptor (clean format )
1tb samsung (celan format)

Can i raid my raptors together if windows is already installed on the first 1 without having to reinstall windows? I want to raid 0 and have them as 74gb like i did in my old PC.

If not how do i go about doing it?

Only way would be to image your OS now, then set up RAID 0, then put the image on the RAID 0

so thats a no, can i setup the raid in my bios as i have ever only setup raid using f6 floppy disk which this doesnt support

that's a yes, there's a couple of free/trial programs out there, norton ghost for example.
and I believe you do set up the RAID in bios, you might have to load RAID drivers from CD though
