I bought a hard drive from OC about 3 months ago. And yesterday it stopped working.

I don't have the receipt for it, but can I still get a re-fund?

As my records will be on the OC data base.

Not without a receipt I wouldnt have thought, But RMA to a manufacturer would be fine

Go on the hard drive manufacturers website and look under support, there should be details of how to get it replaced
