Can I return this under warranty?

Bought an Orange SPV M700 in Febuary from Orange Accessories. It is a reconditioned phone so it comes with a 6 months warranty, a month ago the keys are not very responsive. When I first got the phone, clicking the keys softly the keys would respond but nowadays most of the buttons needs a hard press and I need to hold on to it in order for it to respond. I was wondering could I return this and ask for a replacement under warranty or would they fob me off saying it is due to wear and tear?

I fired about 4 emails to them and they just ignored it so am looking to giving them a phone call soon.

Yeah you should be able to as you've got 6 months warranty... I don't think wear and tear is a issue when in warranty.
