Can I run a game in window mode that doesn't have the option ingame?

Hi I want to run the DIRT demo in a window like I do with most of my other games, there doesn't seem to be an option. Is there any hacks or ways to do it?

Right click and in compatibility choose run windowed

There's no option for that on the DIRT.exe, Just old windows compat, 256 colours, 640x480 res, disable visual themes and allow non-admin.
