Can I run Hyper-v core on a PC with a Pentium G850, G840 or G620 processor?

The intel website says the processors support Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x) but not Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d). Are both needed to run Hyper-V core or the role?

If I can ill use one of those processors on a budget test PC.

Thanks all.

Processor:

An x86-64 processor
Hardware-assisted virtualization. This is available in processors that include a virtualization option; specifically, Intel VT or AMD Virtualization (AMD-V, formerly code-named "Pacifica").
A NX bit-compatible CPU must be available and Hardware Data Execution Prevention (DEP) must be enabled.
Although this is not an official requirement, Windows Server 2008 R2 and a CPU with Extended Page Table support are recommended for workstations

Thanks for your time Stelly. I'm going to use one of these processors on a ITX board as a test server for a couple virtual machines. They look pretty decent performers for the cost.
