I have prolimatech black and its great, sitting on my 4770k, not stressing the mobo at all - its lighter than many other cpu coolers of same size plus it have very good mounting system. Another thing, you wont have problems with taller ram if you use a 120mm fans.

it will all fit together and work nicely on high / ultra settings and record at high with decent fps? And this build will fit nicely in my budget

It'll do what it can do, but it's still a mid range GPU.

Still insisting on Windows 7? An 8.1 trial will get you better performance, and you could spend the extra money on a 280X.

Also: I'm pretty sure you need to buy a fan for the Meghalems. Don't think it comes with one.

yep xD and "Suggested Fan" is on its specs so i dont think it does fulax. Ill get the Zalman CNPS11X instead. Also would a GTX760 be better than the R9 270X?

A 760 is better, but you're so close to a 280X...and BF4 is an AMD game...and Mantle...and...just need to get Windows 8.1 trial...
