I've got another DCX2496 recently, and I was wondering if I could have it so that they both use the same SPDIF signal for the input?
I found an RCA splitter in my bag-o-leads, and after a little experimentation I split the SPDIF signal before it gets to the DEQ, and it appears to be working. I'm sure with some extra RCA to XLR leads I could split the signal after DEQ as right now I'm using an XLR to carry the digital signal.Hmm.. if you can spare two outputs you could just connect a pair of outputs on one to the inputs of the other.
Although SPDIF splitters are fairly cheap on google.
