Can I still cancel my AA Membership?

I joined AA last year and I've got a letter now with my new card saying they have automatically renewed my policy. They are going to take money out at the end of the month and have sent me a new card which will be active in October. What I want to know is can I cancel it?

I have the top spec one with everything and I'm going uni so will hardly be using my car so there's no point, I just want the standard one now.

Just cancel the Direct debit.

They tried doing something similar with me earlier in the year. Cancelled the D.D and no issues .

Call up and cancel Obviously before they try to take the monies!

Yeah rang and cancelled, they also offered to suspend which meant I could resume if I wanted to within three years and not lose any of my existing member extras (if there are any...).
