Can i update exisiting youtube video?

I have a video on youtube that needs updating. But i would like to keep the viewers count, comments and same link. Is it possible to do it, if so how?

Nope you cannot do that. Why not keep the existing video and just put one of those video overlay messages/link over the video pointing them to new one?
