I need to share a NTL internet connection, after deciding i have set up the wiring right i had to look into more why i could only get 1 pc to work on the network.

NTL only allow 1 MAC address connected at a time, so thats solved partly why only 1 pc ever worked.

I used a USR 9106 set in bridge mode, but this just passes on the NTL ip to 1 pc.

Is there a way i can get the router to use it own DHCP and NAT the connection?

No. You've got the cable modem connected to one of the switch ports, hence your router's reduced to being a switch and wireless AP and only one machine gets an IP.
The only way to get it to work is to replace it with a router that doesn't have a modem built in.
