Can i use Afterburner with a Non-Msi graphics card?

Should work fine, if you have any issues like the Asus GTX580 Matrix it'll be with the fan controller.

im getting lower temps than what my HDxtreme tuner HD was reporting also the card that used to show as hottest GPU 2 was always showign as 10c hotter or more but now it says GPU1 is hotter
do you think that xtreme HD tuner had it backwards?
