Can l scrap a bit more PPD from my hardware?

Hi, l recently joined the overclockers folding team and l was wondering if l can do anything to increase my ppd.

I am currently using a 4890 for my folding. It runs almost 24/7 only stopped when l am playing a game. I am having a spare 9500GT which from what l am aware gives something like 1500ddp.

Can l connect my 9500GT on the second PCI-E slot and run another GPU client on it at the same time as the 4890?

yea you can, you just have to use the right parameters when you start the gpu clients.

-gpu 0 -forcegpu nv_80 (i think)
-gpu 0 -forcegpu ati_r700

Shouldn't the first line say -gpu 1?

I think you only do that if both cards are the same type

You propbably dont even need the -gpu flag if the cards are different makes, just forcegpu

-forcegpu nvidia_g80 is the flag you need btw.

Put a GTX260 along side my 5870 today and they work fine.
