Can my mobo hold this cpu?

I have updated my pc with with an all silent psu,cpu heatsink and an xfx 4870 1024mb gddr5 radeon. Now i really need to upgrade my cpu to this:

The question is can my mobo take this? Had a look on asus site but to say its vague is an understatement....

Looking at the CPU supoort list the board only supports the old Phenom.
