Can one "capture" an entire web-site?

I know that you can capture a page of a web-site, including images, etc. with [File] => [Save page as] but is there any way of capturing the entire web-site?

I want to do this to retain a copy of (someone else's) demo web-site for training purposes. I'm not talking about and MySql details or data, lookups, etc. just a linked copy of the various pages.

I think Free Download Manager can do this. Used to download websites back in the days of dial-up for offline viewing.

Thanks for those suggestions - I am just trying HTTrack Website Copier which seems to be working although it does appear to grind to a halt periodically (downloading about 1MB/min.). If it doesn't work, I will try Free Download Manager which seems to offer additional features.
