Can only boot in safe mode..

Ive just built my a new computer and i have taken the hard drive from my old computer. The hard drive is definatly compatible and of the computerparts of working fine

The problem is i cant get windows to boot normally. I turned it on it does all the normal stuff at the start, then starts to load windows the scrolling bar goes across 2 or 3 times then the computer restarts...

When it loads again i get the option to Start in safe mode, start in network mode.. etc.. etc

If i choose safe mode, windows will load and i can view all the files and it works like normal safe mode.

Ive been playing around with differnt settings in windows and the BIOS but i just cant get it to start in normal windows mode.

Does anyone have any advise?

Still having problems.

Ive tried a differnt hard drive, i checked that it worked before putting it into the new build and it worked fine.

The same thing is happening windows begins to loads, scrolls across a few times and restarts. The hard drive still works normally in my other computers.

Ive pretty much run out of ideas now *sigh*

If anyone has any ideas plz post

Ive been browsing the web taking a loot at other forums and everyone with a simular problem makes note of a blue screen flashing up before the computer restarts but i dont get a blue screen
