Can overclockers do this?

Sorry I did not know where to put this but I just brought a new rig. The motherboard was B-grade from overlockers and I put everything together but the graphics card is not powering on nor is the usb ports, everything else powers on. Also when I power it on, it switches ON, then OFF pauses for 1 second, then powers ON and stays ON. This is my first DIY so not sure if its the B-grade motherboards fault or if I have plugged something in wrongly.

However am just wandering if overclockers provides this service; if I send them my whole rig - can they do a once over and check if everything is okay and fix what needs fixing and then send it back to me?

I would phone and ask but its bank holiday

I'd prefer if they fix the rig for me though because I spent 12+ hours on it today trying. Received the delivery at 11 and worked on it till 00:00

Turns out they sent me a faulty motherboard. I am actually really annoyed with this service, they waisted a lot of my time. Although they did offer to send me a replacement - though this will be a long process first I have to find the time to send it back to them then wait for them to send me a new one. Just poor service. Really annoyed.

Which it did not. I even phoned them before purchasing. I just think Andarial does not understand what quality customer service is.
