Can PS Elements do HDR ?

I am currently running with PSE 6 and I am thinking of trying my hand at some HDR. I looked through al the menus and guides to try and work out if there is away of doing it and thus far I am strumped. There doesn't seem to be any apparant way to to HDR processing in elements ?

If this is the case do I need to think about moving over to the full CSx version of photoshop, or does lightroom or another piece of software able to do this as I am not sure if I am rady to shell out close to a monkey to get a full version of Photoshop

I personally use Photomatix to do the hdr bit and then CS5 for post-processing.

For 3 bracketed pics try GIMP 2.6 and this exposure blend script, it's free and quite good.
