    I want to purchase these:

    Delta RGB 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 PC4-19200C15 2400MHz

but my mobo only supports DDR4 2133 MHz.

so my question is will the 2400mhz just downgrade itself to 2133mhz and still work?

Yes most people will buy ram and not run it at the correct speed as they just plug and play without enabling XMP for example.
