can some1 tell if is ok?

its a corsair tx650 and only about 4mths old so if i can confirm its this can it be rma'd for being 'squeaky'??, i'll have to try an old generic psu(all i have access to, and will only be going on to turn str8 back off again in case it cooks anything!!) see if i can hear the noise on boot up
