can someone explain if this is good or bad?

lol, I've had my Q6600 at 1.61 vCore for a while, with air cooling. Haven't noticed any problems so far :)

Ahh appoligies i though it was a 45mn core as its a 65mn you can exceed 1.4v but im not sure how far you can go with a 65mn

as Uvmain has said hes done 1.61 fo i guess you can go that far but i guess your running a heavy overclock.
 
I've got a 1.3125 VID Q6600 and i've had it running at 3.6ghz on 1.5volts for well over a year with no problem on air. (I've had it at 3.8ghz at 1.6volts but it isn't OCCT stable) Soon to go on water cooling so i'll push it further!!
