Can someone help me setting up new raid please

Hi

I am looking for some kind person to give me step by step instructions to installing raid on my new motherboard Abit IP35 Pro XE with 2 seagate barracuda 7200.11 500gb sata 2 drives.
I have only ever setup a system before on seperate sata ports non raid and a little confused as to how you set raid up properly would someone please be kind enough to give me step by step guide please.

Yes mate thanks a million , just installed 2 brand new seagate 500gb sata 2 drives in raid 0
I have installed intel chip drivers but do i need the intel raid drivers for vista 64 from abit website ?
Everything running lovely and got 5.9 in windows rating
