Can someone please explain how to get Flying Mounts in BC?

Unless your already level 60 I'd have to say this expansion is useless, cause if your not the other only other thing to do is to start a draenei/blood elf char, but why do that if your busy leveling your your current char to 60. Hardly any new content for lower levels at all.

the lower levels are complete, they dont need to add onto them anymore.
