Can someone please tell me what this error message means?

Hey guys, any chance of some help please, I formatted and reinstalled windows the other night and since then I get this error message when I launch windows and first get to desktop...

Could not load file or assembly `MOM.implementation, version=2.0.2637.38862, culture=neutral, publickeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e1` or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

And I just get the option to click Ok.

Also when I look at the bar this error message puts on the taskbar it has an ATI icon and I can't launch my catalyst control center either. I only just noticed that as I am posting here right this second, so I take it the two problems are linked....Not sure what the deal is here....Any idea where I can download old ati drivers that work and catalyst control center download too.

I've obviously been to the offical site and downloaded the most recent driver/software bundle, and my PC is spazzing out for some reason.

I have ati x1950 512mb, had it a couple of months, its amazing, and not had any problems untill now. Games and Movies are all working fine.

Am on windows XP.

Yeah I followed them links through a few differant sites and found out that you have to install 7.1 because 7.4 has a bug and isn't fixed yet. Thanks mate.
