Can someone quickly check to see if this domain works for me please?

I'd try connecting via IP like suggested above.

As I said, I tried accessing it via the IP I have, and it's much the same thing.

I have IP address to get in to the plesk control panel, and also of course the regular IP address and it is the same thing - odd.

And if you traceroute to the IP, where does the route run into problems?

nope, can't get a response from the nameservers, ns1.pass-nclex.com or ns2.

Domains take time to resolve, and they resolve at different times for people in different areas/countries.
